RTE 27 Corp is the legal party responsible for this website and the information practices described in this Privacy Policy. LIEquity is the public-facing brand of RTE 27 Corp. In this policy, “LIEquity,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RTE 27 Corp operating under the LIEquity brand.

This Privacy Policy explains the information LIEquity collects through this website, how that information is used, when it may be shared, and the measures used to protect it.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit an application or otherwise provide information through the LIEquity website, we collect the information you provide.

This may include:

• Business email address
• Phone number
• Company name
• State
• Entity type
• Industry
• Business website
• Information about your customers
• Accounts receivable and invoice information
• Customer concentration information
• Requested factoring volume
• Existing financing and lien information
• Information about your factoring needs

We may also collect information associated with the submission, including the page source, referring page, and campaign-attribution information.

For security, fraud prevention, spam prevention, and rate limiting, our systems may process network information associated with a submission. The application system stores a one-way keyed hash rather than retaining the submitted IP address itself.

2. How We Use Information

LIEquity may use information collected through the website to:

• Review and respond to factoring inquiries and applications
• Understand a business's receivables and stated factoring needs
• Communicate with applicants
• Request additional information or clarification
• Determine whether a factoring opportunity appears appropriate to discuss
• Maintain application status and internal records
• Maintain internal notes and audit history
• Prevent duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive submissions
• Protect the security and integrity of the website and application system
• Operate, maintain, and improve our services
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

LIEquity does not make factoring approval or funding decisions on behalf of a factoring provider.

3. Staff Access

Applications are maintained in a private application system.

Access to application information is restricted to specifically authorized LIEquity personnel through an authenticated staff area.

Authorized personnel may review applications, communicate with applicants, request clarification, maintain internal notes, update application status, and record referral authorization.

4. Factoring Providers and Information Sharing

LIEquity is an independent commercial factoring broker. LIEquity is not the factoring provider and does not itself make the provider's approval, pricing, contractual, or funding decisions.

LIEquity does not automatically distribute identifiable applications to factoring providers or operate an open marketplace in which applications are automatically sent to multiple providers.

If LIEquity and an applicant identify a potential factoring provider, identifiable application information may be provided to that specific provider after the applicant provides the applicable authorization.

Any factoring provider receiving information performs its own evaluation and determines its own eligibility requirements, approval decisions, rates, fees, terms, documentation requirements, timing, and funding decisions.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requirements; protect the rights, security, or integrity of LIEquity or its systems; or investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

5. Service Providers

LIEquity uses third-party service providers to operate portions of its website and application infrastructure.

These currently include services used for:

• Website and application hosting
• Database infrastructure
• Authentication
• Application-notification delivery
• Security and operational infrastructure

These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for LIEquity.

LIEquity currently uses Replit for application hosting and managed database infrastructure, Replit-managed Clerk for staff authentication, and Resend for internal application-notification delivery.

6. Security

LIEquity uses administrative and technical measures intended to protect application information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

Current safeguards include authenticated staff access, restricted staff authorization, server-side validation, submission controls, duplicate detection, rate limiting, application audit history, and controls designed to limit unnecessary exposure of application information.

No method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention

LIEquity retains application and related business information for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, including application review, follow-up, recordkeeping, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with LIEquity's operational and legal requirements.

8. Website Analytics and Technical Information

LIEquity may use limited website analytics to understand how visitors use the website and to improve website performance and content.

If analytics are enabled, LIEquity does not intentionally include applicant names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, application contents, invoice amounts, or calculator dollar amounts in analytics events.

The Invoice Factoring Calculator performs its financial calculations in the visitor's browser. Calculator dollar amounts are not submitted with an application merely because the calculator is used.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Certain website functions or service providers may use cookies or similar technologies when necessary to provide functionality such as authentication, security, or website operation.

Additional analytics technologies may be used if analytics functionality is enabled.

LIEquity does not represent that disabling browser cookies will prevent all forms of technical data processing necessary to operate or secure the website.

10. Your Information

If you have submitted information to LIEquity and later communicate with us regarding that information, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before discussing, correcting, or taking action concerning application information.

Certain information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for legitimate business, security, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

11. Children's Privacy

The LIEquity website and factoring application are intended for businesses and individuals acting on behalf of businesses. They are not directed to children.

LIEquity does not knowingly solicit factoring applications from children.

12. Third-Party Websites

The LIEquity website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

LIEquity is not responsible for the privacy, security, or information practices of third-party websites. Visitors should review the privacy policies of those services before providing information to them.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

LIEquity may update this Privacy Policy as its website, services, technology, or information practices change.

When the policy is materially updated, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated.

14. Privacy Inquiries

Questions concerning information previously submitted through the LIEquity application may be raised during communications with LIEquity regarding the application.

LIEquity may require reasonable verification before discussing or acting upon information associated with an application.

LIEquity does not publish a general-purpose email address through this Privacy Policy.
